Angela works with individuals to address issues including: stress: depression and anxiety; life transitions; grief and loss; workplace bullying; and draws on her background in working with the body-mind connection utilising Mindfulness, Person Centred Counselling and methods from the neuro-psychology field.

Angela will work with you to develop the best in yourself and provide guidance towards wellbeing as you navigate the challenges and transitions of life and make the life changes you want. You may be challenged by anxiety, depression, and grief or wanting to understand and change the patterns that keep you from living with authenticity.

Utilising courage and compassion, develop the ability to create calm and a greater understanding of and connection to yourself and others (acceptance, love and belonging) with attachment and compassion oriented therapies and powerful practices of Mindful Self-Compassion as you move into living more fully.

Based in Richmond, Nelson, Angela works with individuals, couples and as a supervisor and educator and offers her relationship counselling/therapy services throughout the Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough regions. Angela is happy to work with you in person or can work with you online via Zoom.
